Terms of Service

Zelnyo is an analytics tool for content creators. It brings together data authorised by the user and presents metrics, comparisons and insights designed to support editorial decisions.

The service is currently available through private, free access. These terms are not terms of sale.

• Access requires a Google account authorised by Zelnyo.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your Google account secure.
• You must not share access with an unauthorised person or attempt to bypass service restrictions.
• Zelnyo may suspend access in the event of abuse, a security risk, a breach of these terms or a requirement imposed by an API provider.

Zelnyo uses the official YouTube API Services in read-only mode. By using YouTube-connected features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

You confirm that you own the connected channels or have permission to view and analyse their data. You remain in control of the authorisation and can revoke it at any time.

Privacy practices are described in the Zelnyo Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.

Zelnyo uses TikTok Login Kit and Display API in read-only mode. You confirm that you own the connected account or are authorised to analyse its public data. Displayed histories are Zelnyo calculations based on recurring snapshots and may reflect TikTok API delays or corrections. Zelnyo never publishes, modifies or deletes TikTok content. Revocation by TikTok pauses updates without deleting data already stored. Only the explicit “Disconnect and delete data” action permanently removes the local connection and all data associated with it in Zelnyo.

By using these features, you agree to the TikTok Terms of Service and acknowledge the TikTok Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• use Zelnyo for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
• access channel or account data without the owner’s permission;
• extract, resell or make YouTube or TikTok data available in bulk;
• disrupt the service, its security or its API quotas;
• copy or bypass Zelnyo’s technical safeguards.

Some reports requested by users are drafted with an artificial intelligence model provided by OpenAI. Zelnyo prepares the metrics and comparisons used by the model and separates measured findings from hypotheses that still need to be tested.

Generated content may contain errors, omissions or imperfect interpretations. It is intended to support your thinking and should be reviewed against the available data and your editorial judgement before you act on it.

Zelnyo does not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Reports never publish, edit or delete content on connected channels or accounts. The related processing is explained in the Privacy Policy.

To preserve service availability, control processing costs and provide fair access, features that consume artificial intelligence are subject to the following limits:

• YouTube reports: 3 reports per YouTube channel in any rolling 24-hour period and 100 YouTube channel analyses per user in any rolling 30-day period;
• TikTok reports: 3 reports per TikTok account in any rolling 24-hour period and 30 TikTok account analyses per user in any rolling 30-day period;
• content suggestions: 3 analyses per YouTube channel and 10 suggestion generations per user in any rolling 24-hour period;
• depending on the feature, one generation may include up to 10 YouTube channels or 10 TikTok accounts. Each channel or account is analysed separately and counts towards the corresponding limit.

Zelnyo may adjust these limits for legitimate reasons related to security, abuse prevention, technical capacity, provider costs or changes to the service. Any reduction that materially affects access to a feature will be communicated clearly and, where applicable, a reasonable time before it takes effect.

Results depend on the data made available by YouTube or TikTok, their consolidation delays and the permissions granted. TikTok histories are built from successive snapshots recorded by Zelnyo and are not supplied by TikTok as historical series. Zelnyo distinguishes API data from calculations and comparisons derived from that data.

Analyses support decision-making but do not guarantee audience growth, commercial results or any particular level of performance.

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, incidents, technical changes, API changes or quota limits. Zelnyo works to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Zelnyo, its interface, visual identity and original materials are protected. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

You retain all rights in your channels and content. Rights in YouTube, Google and TikTok services, brands and data remain with their respective owners.

Provider revocation through Google or TikTok settings pauses updates and does not itself delete data already stored by Zelnyo. You can reauthorise the same connection to resume updates. The explicit “Disconnect and delete data” action permanently removes the local connection and its associated data without deleting content from YouTube or TikTok.

You can delete your Zelnyo account and remaining data from your account settings, or contact contact@zelnyo.com for help.

These terms may change to reflect product features, legal obligations or platform rules. Zelnyo will ask you to accept a new version when required.
